Kolby Hanson grew up in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and later earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia, where he also competed on the UGA lacrosse team. His competitive drive and team-first mindset carried naturally into his career in mortgage lending.

Today, Kolby serves as a Production Manager, overseeing loan files from start to finish. He’s known for his steady communication, problem-solving approach, and dedication to creating a smooth, confident experience for every client. What he enjoys most is the personal connection—guiding people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives and helping them reach the goal of homeownership.

Kolby and his wife, Taylor, live in Monroe, Georgia, where they’re raising their two children, Grady and Jane. When he’s not working with clients, you can usually find him on the golf course, exercising, or spending quality time with his family.
